Converting TR into EASA Licence without 500hrs on type?

Hi! Is it possible to convert a non-EASA MPA TR onto an EASA ATPL w/o 500hrs on type?

I know with the 500 hours one just needs a Skill test.

If I don't have the hours, can I still do it with, say, some extra training in an ATO, or it's not possible at all?

Greetings
