I've been in touch with a guy (via email) who did his TR with them, he had nothing to complain about and got a job afterwards. So I guess it worked out well for him. I've been chatting (online) with one of their sales representatives a few weeks ago regarding the price for an A320 TR. She said it would be 18K € including a free flight to their training center (I believe they operate their own/partner airline) and 16K if I'd show up with a partner. Can't really make any comments regarding the quality of training, but I remember that there are different opinions about BAA training standards here on the forum.

Hey Transsonic2000 I would like to have more info on baltic aviation if it is possible because I don't know anyone who went there and I am planning to do my type rating with them.
So do you think it is possible I we get in touch to speak about it.
