Wink 43 Air school South Africa. Thoughts, experiences and advice?

Im planning on attending 43 Air school in South Africa to do my CPL, IAPTL and Instructors.

My plan is to then head to Botswana and Namibia to gain hour building plus experience through the bush pilot route. My instructors course is to give me another option. The IAPTL (frozen) Is purely for eventual progression.

Whats the forums thoughts on 43 training School, gaining employment in Botswana and Namibia, and the need for courses to progress i.e. do i need my IAPTL or will a company be happy with my eventual hours and put me through it themselves?

Thanks
