Ratings on Licence

Hi All,

Just a quick question regarding ratings and renewals. When you renew your SEP for example and its by experience, the examiner then completes the relevant CAA form as well as signing your rating sheet.

If however the CAA do not receive the form in the post are you still legally covered as its been signed and dated by an examiner on your licence?

Thanks

Yes.

The CAA for years lost forms - hence why when you complete an SRG 1104 you need a copy of your rating page certified by an ATO - just in case they misplaces anything!
