fish DGCA Education Requirement for CPL

Good evening Aviators,
I have my CPL in the US and want to convert it to the DGCA CPL license. I know there is a rule of Math and Physics 10+2. I've given my NIOS Exams and passed in both the subjects. But I didn't attend any of the other exams I enrolled for. Therefore. It says I've failed on my marks card but I've passed in Math and Physics with over 70%.

My question to you is If DGCA would still accept me to apply for a computer number?
