Type Rating Hours in Logbook

Dear All,

I 'm just wondering about something. Is it actually a requirement to log the hours of the Type Rating both as Pilot-Flying, Pilot Not Flying ?

Thank you !

Any hours should be logged appropriately. You should log them in the FSTD section and annotate them with the session and sim number. At the end of the course you should receive a sign off by the Head Of Training or other suitable person which will probably include a log book certification that the hours logged are for the issue of said type rating.
