Is there such possibility?

I am wondering if there is any company that offers sponsored flight training?( Train ,finish training and then get employed instantly by them.)
I have heard about KLM but i think they do not accept students for this programme currently.

Thank you in advance!

KLM doesn't do sponsored flight training, but if you want to fly for KLM you have to do the KLM Flight Academy. You pay for the training and there is no certainty you will join KLM.

CTC and Oxford have some sponsored schemes, check their websites

Thanks for the fast response and the useful information. So,is it sure that someone gets into an airline company after graduating one of the sponsored schemes at OAA/CTC ?

KLS > KLM Academy you need to be able to speak Dutch fluently.

The training costs around 122K. Excl. accomodation in NL and the US. Excl. food.

At the end you will have spend between 150-170K euro.

Then there might be a chance you can apply for job in KLM, but is NOT guaruanteed.

Though since TR B737 is incl. in that 122K they might place you as a temp in Arke Fly, Transavia. Some go to Tui Germany. Or Jetair Fly Belgium. But again, to work in Arke, Jetair, Transavia you need to be able to speak Dutch and Tui German.

But if you do speak dutch, then KLS and EPST are the best schools in the Netherlands. EPST places its students also quit quick. Not many of them sit on the couch a long time.

I am willing to go for a sponsored scheme that will guarantee me a seat - if exists such thing. Thanks.

In a nutshell, you're not going to get a guaranteed position! There will be a million ways for them to not find a position for you. If you need a job that is guaranteed I would stay clear of aviation. It's a gamble. If you have the money and don't "need" a job instantly, go for it, if not be aware!

Even Lufthansa and Swiss offer a sponsored training course but, like for KLM where you need to speak Dutch, you must speak German and pass all the selection stages.

Welcome to the PPRuNe Wanabee forum.

You will find lots of people here to help you but they do assume that you have done some research yourself. Lots of questions that you ask have been recently answered - especially regarding funding training.

May I respectfully suggest that you take a little time to go through some of the threads in this forum and the Interview forum whilst you wait for the BA- FPP?

Good luck

HWB
