'Unrestricted Class 1' in ads
As big companies often insist applicants have an 'Unrestricted Class 1', I presume it is legal for them to print this?
Spoke to a lawyer friend of my older brother, who said it could probably be challenged.
Anyone with any experience of this that could help pilots with an OML facing 'discrimination'.

Anything can be challenged.
But I doubt it will change anything. They will just remove it and then you will fail the interview or sim check.
It also depends which country they are in if its legal or not.
I haven't seen anyone in Europe give that condition, but it is very common outside Europe. Mainly because the locals won't convert your license if you have a OML.
