Current CAA Processing Time for Initial Licence Issue

Hello,

does anyone have a current processing time for the initial issue of a professional (EASA) pilot licence?
I.e. how accurate are the stated "10 working days" from the CAA?
I'm sitting here waiting (and needing) my professional licence, the phone people at the CAA "don't have access to the application data" and are of no help getting a status information.

Got my licence.

For the record:
Licence was issued on the tenth day following the application (online application), arrived two days later (via FedEx in mainland Europe).
