The Complete JAR Instrument Rating Flying Course DVD - Recommendations?

Hi. My last thread was cut short my moderators. Can anyone recommend this DVD? I'd guess it makes sense if it helps mentally prepare and get a first time pass. I'd also be grateful for any book recommendations - someone mentioned the one by David Hoy.

You'd be better off spending your money on a copy of RANT XL.
