Question about...... Polish ATPL

If one took the ATPL exam in Poland (JAA) and got a Polish issued frozen ATPL, also did checkrides for Multi and IFR ratings, would those be recognized by all other EU countries?

Did anyone ever have problems getting employed in Europe with Polish licenses?

I heard all licenses are issued under JAR-FCL, but there are about 7 provisions and some countries don't recognize eachothers' training because of different provisions. Is that true anyone?
Thanks
