vector logistics A320 type rating
has anyone heard of this company that is going to start doing A320 type ratings with 225 hours line training.

Vector Logistics is a small company that has contracts with Airbus, some airlines and a few coporate customers. It offers Airbus training and has an office in the UK and one in Dubai. The Chief Executive is a TRI/TRE on most of the Airbus types.
