JAA CPL/IR to FAA CPL/IR

Hi,

I hold a JAA CPL/IR and a US Passport as well as my UK passport. What is involved in changing it to a FAA CPL/IR?

Is it worth it. Are there better job opportunities out there or is it just as hard as the UK?
