EASA & YAK (UK Permit To Fly)

I've trawled through the JAR site, EASA site, CAA site for any info relating to the forthcoming conversion from JAA to EASA.
I'm trying to get some kinda idea whether Yak's in the UK will be affected by the changes come Sept 2003... will they be allowed to fly under a restricted permit, or grounded as they were in France ? Has anyone out there some kinda idea ? Much obliged.
