PPL A converting to PPLH ground exams

Hi all,I was wondering if any one on these forums can advise me what ground school exams I will have to take to accomplish the above..I understand that as I am already a current fixed wing pilot I only have to sit just five of the 9 exams. a none qualified pilot has to pass all 9..cheers

Hm. To get my commercial Helicopter I only needed to do the H principles of flight as I already had my commercial Aeroplane.

I think (it was rather a long time ago!).

Requirements in FCL.215:
FCL.215 Theoretical knowledge examination
Applicants for a BPL, SPL or PPL shall demonstrate a level of theoretical knowledge appropriate to the privileges granted through examinations in the following subjects:
(a) common subjects:
— Air law,
— Human performance,
— Meteorology, and
— Communications;
(b) specific subjects concerning the different aircraft categories:
— Principles of flight,
— Operational procedures,
— Flight performance and planning,
— Aircraft general knowledge, and
— Navigation.

nope. it is just 5 as I already pointed out in the Rotorheads forum. Asking the question slightly differently hasn't changed the answer!

I recently contacted the caa and have been informed I have to take.

'Operational Procedures.
.Flight Performance and Planning.
