Hmm - somthing went badly wrong there, no tarmac in the photos so they were off piste.
The report says that Perranporth fire brigade attended, does this mean that the airfield fire truck could not cope or is it routine to call them out for backup ?

It was after hours when this happened, so no airfield fire staff on duty.
