Revalidate 2 ratings on same SRG119E?

Is it ok to tick both SEP(Land) and TMG on the same form when informing the CAA of revalidating by experience or do you have to fill in independent forms? Just want to make sure all prepared and it's a quick job for the instructor when signing off later.

LAPL or NPPL

Is this relevant for a LAPL?

No.
Class Ratings, revalidations and renewals have nothing whatsoever to do with LAPLs.

(curiosity: why do you ask?)

Thanks - because I was told that as part of my biennial review for my LAPL I needed to fill this form in and send it to the CAA!

If your FI was telling this, you should think of changing herhimit ...

Dead right.

No EASA licences have 'biennial reviews' - whatsoever.
Instead, the recency requirements for your LAPL(A) include 'refresher training'.

Best guess: the instructor did indeed do refresher training with you, called it a 'biennial review' and gave you that form for an entirely different licence.
(S)he wouldn't be the first.

I earnestly hope (s)he didn't sign your LAPL(A).
