HIRTA drones?

A couple of Notams S/W of Fylingdales. Not seen anything quite like it before. Can anyone shed some light? Spotted on Skydemon.

If you mean the ones around Kirkbymoorside (H0559/16) and a couple of miles SouthEast of that at Riseborough (H1903/16), the NOTAMs don't mention drones at all - just D Band HIRTA.
