CASA to UK EASA PPL

What is the usual process for a pilot to get a UK or EASA PPL but as an experienced pilot from overseas. I've looked at the UK CAA website but it seems a little confusing.

The applicant has over 5000 hrs, an Australian CPL, Instrument rating Multi-engine, multiple twin endorsements and experience up to Kingair types.

So what would the process be, a couple of dual navs and a PPL flight test?

Note: this is for fun flying only, day VFR etc. Not for working.

Just sent one of yesterday. (Long wait with bated breath now) Paperwork takes far longer than the test.

P.M. for detail if you wish sir.
