Ground School

I just wanted to post a thread about PPL ground school as I know there are people like me who want to make sure they actually understand what they are learning rather than just passing the exam.
I read the books but was still not confident in sitting the exams, so I paid for a ground school for 2 subjects with someone (I wont say who on here), although I passed (just) I did not enjoy the experience, I then got told about Linda Wheeler who is based around the Denham area, I had a few days with her and sat 3 more exams and got over 90% on all of them. My advice is that if you want to actually understand what you are trying to pass rather than just getting through the exams (some of it is lifesaving after all!) then go to ground school and actually learn the subject.

Good post Stairs, and good point. It's about the learning, not the passing....
