Britten Norman - Failure in Airport Management?

I've been watching them lose contracts at small airports in the last ten years.

Does anyone know why?

Now all they look after is a heliport on the Isle of Wight.

Yes, I've wondered what's going on. It seems the company ethos is pugnacious at least.

I've searched this and other sites but can't find anyone offering them unreserved praise.

Sad as I love flying Islanders.

Britten Norman are primarily manufacturers.
Airfield management is hardly their raison d'être
