Sennheiser HMEC 250

Hello, at the moment I am doing the PPL Course, even though I still have a lot of time until flying skills or cross country I was thinking about getting an ANR headset and I saw this one: Sennheiser HMEC 250 ANR Headset for £385.

Is it worth the money?

It is nice but I got mine second-hand from eBay, for £220 or so. Sold it for £240 a year later and bought Sennheiser S1 Digital, now that's a lot of headset

I have one, very comfortable and use it for about 4 hours a day 6 days a week in a turbine. The ear cups do rip a bit easily though.

I have these and I don't find the noise reduction any better than your average DC's. Nice and comfortable but if you really want noise reduction there are better though more expensive makes out there.
