JAR PPL Training in Europe - Weather and Schools?
Does anyone have thoughts on the best school to train at?
I've got about 20 hours in a DA-40 and I'd like to wrap up another 30 in 3-4 weeks, presumably flying every day. Of course that's virtually impossible in England, the rain gods here are far too generous.
I'd like to stick with the DA-40 but realize I might have to go the Piper or Cessna route.
On a side note, is there something like a DA-40 without a free castoring nose wheel? There are few things as embarrassing as being a competent pilot in the air but failing at taxiing to the runway.
