GAPAN help?

Hi everyone. I'm looking to apply for a GAPAN PPL scholarship when they start again, later this year, and am wondering if anyone else has done the PPL (or any other) and what the interviews are like?
What kind of questions do they ask?
What knowledge do I need?
Would previous flying experience help or hinder my chances of success?
What kind of stuff do they look for?
etc etc?
Any help greatly appreciated, thank you
