Nppl(slmg)

Hi folks,

Does anyone know of anywhere near to the Midlands who could do an intensive course on weekdays or anyone who could point me in the right direction?

Cheers,

Hinton (Brackley/Banbury) is still doing it - just completed my Nav Test in a T61F with Pilot Flight Training, just my QXC and NST to go!

Contact Clive at PFT: The MotorGlider Club | Pilot flight training and lessons he often has people doing intensive training

I think Enstone are still quite active too

Good luck!

Try Husbands Bosworth, they can train and examine on site. Seven day operation. See their website for details

not sure about intensive courses, but hadair.co.uk at Wolverhampton Airport do the NPPL with onsite exams... They run Ikarus C42 fixed and flex wings as well (if you're into that kind of thing). Doing my RT course/exam there tomorrow. PM me if you want more info.

In addition to those mentioned previously, although not in the midlands, Bicester gliding club definitely does NPPL (SLMG) training and I believe Shennington gliding club near Banbury does too.
In fact a number of gliding clubs have started to do NPPL (SLMG) training, so there may be more.
