A great day

Had a great day today with my PPL course.
Sat the Nav exam-passed with 2 incorrect
Short navex with instructor to Sywell,o/h join worked out just fine. First landing on grass-happy with that but quite surprised by the bumpiness.
Concert being prepared for Sywell, all sorts of interesting a/c there-was told to park next to a Spitfire
Nice return flight ( what great weather). FI jumps out ( after I landed!) and told me to go and get some more circuits in.
Quick pint at the pub.
It doesn,t get much better than this.

Out again tomorrow

One very chuffed stude

Congrats Modelman - well done - it really is a great feeling!

Don't try visitng Eastwell just yet - whilst you're riding high at the moment, trying to slide a C-152 onto their grass may be a bit of a challenge!
