CAA Engineers Licences

When I was a lad the LAE was King !
But an LAE with a 4 digit licence number was God

Of course the Licences were issued by the Air Registration Board,
and for those with good memeories the exams were conducted in the hallowed halls of Chancery Lane London.

Are there any 4 digits left out there ??

What is the lowest ?

The CAA have taken my number away !
When I recently added types to my engineers licence the CAA took my licence number away and in is now the same number as my ATPL and Flight engineers licence.
