Final RAFGSA Party at Bicester 22nd May

As you are all probably aware, The RAFGSA is leaving

of a do on Sat 22nd May 04. All are welcome to come
and join in, we hope to stage a fun-comp and other

during the day (weather permitting), followed by a
party with live music and food in the evening/night/early
hours with a very reasonable priced bar. We will even
have an appearance from the new BGA chief exec if you
want to chest poke him about anything! There is ample
parking for aircraft and cars alike, as well as lots
of room for those who which to stay the night in tents/caravans/trailers/skips etc. There is a cost of £10/head for food
and ents in the evening, for those who want to skip the food (eating IS cheating) the ents will cost you £5. Events during the day are
free, however any donations to my beer fund are welcome!
For info/tickets please contact me at the above address
or ring/e-mail Ted Norman 01869252493 / [email address]
If you wish to fly-in, you are most welcome but please ring the above number for details, AVGAS available.
If you are thinking of coming along please do, tickets also available on the night, although advance warning would be appreciated for food numbers

I certainly hope to be there - and hope this gets the message back to the top of the list for a while!

Just to get it back to the top.

Thoroughly recommend the trip to anyone who hasn't been there before. It's the smoothest pice of grass I've landed on and it will be agreat pity to lose it.

Great shame I can't make May 22 ...

It'd be a huge pity if this wonderful and historic airfield is lost to gliding.
