London micro-pink-bash Thursday Aug 07th.

A certain Pink Aviator will be in London on Thursday 7th and Friday 8th August. Would anyone like to meet up and welcome this young lady with a drink or three on the evening of the 7th???
I would suggest The Old Bank of England for a meeting point.
Any takers at such short notice?

For recognition, Pinkster CAN BE FOUND HERE on pages 11 and 29

BRL I will be in T4 at LHR on 7th, on my way out to Oz for the Outback Air Safari and OzBash so I will not be able to come - unless you fancy meeting up for ten mins or so at T4.

I'm another who must send regrets BRL. Can't make that one at all as I'll be in Cardiff, in preparation for the bash there. I'll be in London between 28 - 31 August and could be persuaded to visit The Founders Arms...

I'll try and make it, but might have to leave early to go to the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta

Thumbs up Cant miss this

BRL, I will come along for a quick one so to speak. Haven't posted on here for a while but am still reading postings - little quieter at work now so about time I came to a bash again. Love the Pinkster's thread BTW.

Oz Thats a shame you can't make it. I am sure we can sort out a quick bash for you in Lomdon before you go home but no sushi mind, I still can't get over that last experience..!!!

DX Thats a shame also.... Don't know about meeting up at Heathrow but when you come back and if you are up for it maybe we can sort out another bash somewhere.

If anyone would like my mobile number, PM or e-mail me and I will send it to you.

arrow2 Glad to hear you can make it, look forward to seeing you there.

Wink

BRL The LHR suggestion was really a bit tongue in cheek - it's not really the ideal place
Why don't you fly up to join us at the PPRuNe Picnic at Cosford on 31st October? It is a Friday during the autumn half term break and chosen because the idea was that PPRuners could be able to bring their families with them and also be able to fly in if they wished - something which is only possible for civilians during the week. At least one PPRuNer has expressed is intention of flying in and another is considering it seriously. Rugz has an interesting idea for the day but I will let him reveal all on the Cosford thread. Er, reveal all about his idea that is.
