Is Thomas Cook a safe airline to fly with?

Seeing numerous press reports about a pilot being tired and bullied to fly, but he had the courage to say no, but the question if this practice is still going on, how many pilots in that company are putting people at risk. I wonder if anybody has been held accountable yet?
