Anybody bought a ticket from Avianca's UK phone line?

After about 6 phone calls over a 10 hour period yesterday, no sign yet, not a squeak, and my bank tells me I can't do a chargeback for 15 days so I can't try to buy elsewhere as they have my credit card details. Originally, I purchased on the Avianca website at 9 am, but this was cancelled by them after 2 hours via email.
I then went to the UK phone line at 11 am, this time using a different card, was told I would hear within 2 hours. Nothing. I went back on the phone line at 7pm and again up to now nothing



P.S. 13:12 hrs,Wed 7th Dec 2016,
got my ticket/email this a.m. about 8 AM so just a bare 43 hours above what I was led to believe ( i.e. namely I would hear in 2 hours)
