Nice find PAXboy, some lovely shots there. I think a few of us here can relate to that strange type of lifestyle. Leave home on a Sunday and travel anywhere in the world for a week but still try to be back by Friday evening. I have a few pics taken over the years but nothing of that standard.

With the advent of digital photography, the freedom to shoot at will became possible and any shots you didn't like were simply deleted. Old school snapping meant thinking about the image desired/cropping/light settings etc so as not to waste any of the 24 or 36 precious exposures before reloading the camera and then the wait to get them developed, or not in some cases, film never to be seen again forgotten in an old suitcase or chemist/drugstore somewhere in the world.
