Fair Resolution
I have always had good service from EK ATH staff NOT HQ DXB 
After my contact there at ATH came back from leave he said we would get a refund of about 800€. The difference between a return and single business fare for 2 is about 1,000€ so with admin fees this seems fair.
Anyone want to buy 2 single business class tickets JNB-ATH? I will do you a good deal for false passports in our names

The time the ticket is good for has nothing to do with the computer hardware. It is the application software as written to meet business rules.
