UK CAA English language certification
I am trying to renew and convert my UK licence to EASA, but the last piece of this task requires a UK approved English Language Proficiency certification, thus my Australian CAO licence is of no help. Does anyone know how I can obtain this certification from within Australia, as the UK CAA have legislated it must be done via a UK approved training or checking organisation or individual. Their website does not seem to list any approved organisations in Australia, but perhaps someone out there knows of one, or a way around this bureaucratic road block.

Did you not have English Proficiency on your original UK licence?
If there is no one in Auz, perhaps the CTC outfit in NZ can be used somehow?
