Anyone who has been through recruiting for this lately got any tips, specifically regarding the type of psychometric testing covered?

Hate them with a passion but need to know which ones to prepare for (e.g CEB/SHL pattern recognition, numerical reasoning etc etc.)

Trolls banging on about pros/cons of particular airlines please save your time and mine by staying in your cave...
