When I read the thread title I thought you were going to say that aircraft movements at Jandakot had increased...
I think the only traffic that has increased at Jandakot is traffic on the roads...

Oh, so you missed the bit about the 'minimum invoice charge' of $23.....
I.e. IF you have a landing charges for the month less than $23, then they, in the goodness of their hearts, will levy you an 'admin' fee to make the invoice up to $23....Minimum..!!
That's good for GA......NOT!!
Fokked again..!!

Reminds me of the "lovely" folk at Broome....
1 x landing $21 And in the fine print in the ERSA ..NOT on the invoice ...if not paid within 14 days ..DOUBLES
Also charged for 1 x take-off ! Que ?? Departed well before the CAGRO or whatever name these days , was even out of bed.
Eventually get back to base weeks later after Oz wide projects to a final Invoice for $98 ..all up. !
Now there's a business model for a fast buck.
I think there is a Corporate Handbook about called 'How to Root your Customer Base'. (and get that annual bonus you want).
Farewell GA. !

Here's an out-of-the-box approach.
Full stop landings at country aerodrome $0 below 10 tonne (possible more?) aircraft.
Landings plus a take-off 9+ hours later $-5 per aircraft.
Kept in credit at local businesses (bakeries, restaurants, cafes, hotels, motels etc.) with PILOT OPTION to donate to local projects (playgrounds, libraries etc.) and local businesses given the the perogative to consider donations due to increased business. Some country businesses may be struggling and simply cannot "give" and that is fine. Some businesses will benefit more than others.
Local councils need to determine that a slight increase in trade to many of their local businesses (and the flow-on effect to the local economy) may be all that is required.
