When I was there, professionally run, you work hard when required, they look after you, totally by the book, serviceable aircraft, minimal are minmas. ( if not endorsed, reasonable bond, enforced)

If you were moving up to bigger and better after a couple of years, give you a reference, and use their own contacts to facilitate the move.

One of the big wigs there is top notch and you can be sure that whatever they do there it will be done to the highest standards possible.

I went there without a rating on any of their bigger types but Time on a similar type, and was endorsed by them, at their expense and expected to stay 2 years, which I did.

Without knowing the specifics (only rumours) in this case, time on type may be required due to contractual requirements
