TD 2014/19 - Income tax: what are the reasonable travel and overtime meal allowance expense amounts for the 2014-15 income year? (As at 9 July 2014)

Remember that the nil substantiation exception is conditional...you may still be required to show at an audit that the amount claimed was expenditure actually incurred.
Interesting how high income earners apparently need more expensive accommodation and meals than the rest of us.
