How do I contact Skype personnel to get answers?

Question for those knowledgeable on how to get replies from Skype HQ. I am finding it bloody frustrating trying to locate Skype administration (wherever that is). I have spent over half-an hour being passed from one Skype webpage to another in attempts to find "Contact us" tab. Talk about going around in circles. Skype is not accepting my password following a credit credit number change. I am really jack of the waste of time trying to get my question answered and with no success. Can anyone suggest how I contact Skype by email instead of constant being shoved from page to page on its website.
Thanks in advance.

You might find that posting something on their forum might get a result. A friend of mine had the same problem recently and I believe this is how he resolved it.

I'd post on Whirlpool - lots of tech savvy people there.

Someone's bound to know.

In your Skype software, there's a "help" menu. Click on that and it will have a link to the Skype support website. This is what clicking on the link gave me;
