Alligator Airways gone?

I know they had there AOC revoked by CASA for a variety of reasons but I heard from one of their ex pilots that they have gone into receivership.

Very sad day :-(

I hope someone buys them out and manages the pace in a safe and sound manner so the good old CPT Alligator can fly again
