Wink FTA, Brisbane et al.

As a long-time lurker and now low-hour poster, who is hoping to go out from the UK to FTA in September I was wondering if anyone here has any info on flying in Queensland, particularly Brisbane, and also Brisbane as a place to live.

Cheers

MATE!!!

We tell everybody its a bastard of a place..... mainly to keep all the southerners from coming up here and overpopulating our paradise!!!!

I think Godzone was actually referncing Qld in particular!!!

Flying is good, and the local ATC is very GA friendly.

PM me if you want to ask more specific questions about our little patch of paradise!
