I am sure this has been done to death - but could someone take a few minutes to write about the current situation with these airlines.

specifically:

basings, pay, lifestyle, time to command, roster stability, an example of a months roster etc. Where are the new guys generally coming from, and where to the old guys go - are they leaving for Emirates, Cathay etc.

I am currently flying in Europe and would love to come back home!
