Cppilot is about 53000, with super and allowances package is
about 70000.

Captain around 78000, with super and allowances package is
95000approx 1st year, goes up about 2500 per year.

Hope this helps.

As I understand the present Mt Cook contract to be:

Mt Cook has a banded salary scale system in their contract which allows for weight category. It is not type specific.

At present they operate ATR 72 - 500's which fall between a weight band of 20000 - 25000 kgs.

For F/O's their salary scales for basic salary $44186 to $63514 and for Capt's $77322 to $104939.

There are Training and Supervisory margins paid on top for those that are appointed to Training/Supervisory positions.

They range from $4000 to $13899, depending on position/responsibility

Five days off are rostered each fortnight, the fifth day can be called back, after roster issue, with a choice of either a day off to be taken within the next two roster periods, or the pilot receiving a payment of 1/206th of basic salary in lieu of the day off.

New contract conditions allow only two call-backs per month.

Other allowances can be between $10000 and 15000 pa.
