Latest info is the wife may have battled heroin and cocaine addiction for some time. Early indications of the cause of death point to fentanyl. (A deadly killer)

Around 1,000 persons die each week in the US from drug misadventure. The sad fact is the the numbers are increasing at an alarming rate. I am no Trump fan but the wall may save a few souls and reduce the heartache for families.

There is substantial evidence to support that this epidemic of opioid addiction in the US originated with the large pharmaceutical companies. Many of the current addicts got started with prescription pain medication after minor surgery.

If you think opioid addiction is for "crack heads" and "low Life's" consider what is going on in the State of Utah, which is 60% Mormon where people don't drink alcohol coffee, tea or smoke.

How on earth is a wall going to prevent drugs coming in? You think the drug lords are gonna go bust cos of some brinks and mortar? "Oh well, he's built a wall ... let's shut down now".

They will find ways with or without a wall, I read a statistic that a large percentage of most movement into the US is actually underground.

Apologies to hijack the thread.

You obviously have not spent time on the border. No one thing will stop this madness, but everything helps.
