Avoid GLOBAL PILOT SCHOOL MIAMI
Hello
I wanted to tell you about a very serious bad adventure at a flying school in Miami called "Global Pilot Schoo"l.
Initially, I choose this school because the prices were rather cheap and located on a pedagogical airport.
I spent my CPL IR ME in this school at the beginning everything went well until the day when I perceived that the manager of the school did everything possible to draw money to the students. The school draw me more than 4,000 Dollards . The instructors fly the students just to fly but do not teach them anything so happened on Checkride "Fail" and this 3 times.
I felt really bad, I was sick at this school. Because management is totally absent. When someone asks the manager, he does not answer.
We were 4 students in this case the. I went to inquire about this school on the airport and all schools and boss confirmed that this school was the worst in Florida.
The quote was never respected because to finish my training I had to add 10 000 Dollars more !!
I arrived during my checkride the examiner notices that it misses 2.6 hours in my logbook, The examiner taked the exam fees and tells me to come back a second time. I told to the school that my instructor has forgotten the hours in my logbook so it's not my fault, it's up to the school to pay. He replies "If you do not pay, you do not fly", I had to add another 750 Dollars more to finish!
After explaining my problem to the competent people, ,normally it was the the school to pay those hours, because the problem comes from the school and not from the student.
In this school, there is no seriousness and this has been confirmed by all schools in Florida.
I had to return twice to the US to complete my training. I had a limited time to finish my training, which is why I could not change schools because I would have had to do another TSA and the time would be too long.
So here, I share my experience and that of several people in this school. Never go there because you will regret it.
