Hour building in the midwest?

Any place for some quality but not expensive place for hour building either on a PA28 or Cessna 152?

I will need to fly at least 100 hours block in order to be able to continue my training in Europe.

It doesn't have to be a school or be Part-141, I don't need any visa.
