Part 135 PIC

With paragraph (b)(2), the mention of 'at least 100 hours cross-country flight time, at least 25 hours of which were at night', is that saying:

- You must have 100 x/c hours, and 25 of those must be at night, or
- You must just have 25 hours of night in your logbook in total?

You need 25 hours of night X-C time.

Thanks mate. And does Part 135 apply to flight instructing?

Ie. In Aus I have a CPL with flight instructor rating and 15 hours x/c at night. Am I able to work in the US as an instructor without the 25hrs x/c?

Only FAR Parts 91 and 61 apply to flight instructing, not Part 135. Look at Subpart H in the first link below (Part 61) for the CFI requirements. Good luck.

Part 61: eCFR ? Code of Federal Regulations

Part 91: eCFR ? Code of Federal Regulations

You are welcome. I edited my post above yours with the links to the official and current version of our regulations.

Cheers.
