FLYBYSTORE
Hello I was wondering if anyone has contact details (email) for FLYBYSTORE.COM.
I live in Australia and ordered a Nav Bag made by Scott Leather ($399.00) from their online store. I was charged for it and even paid for express post delivery, about $90.00, to Australia. That was nearly 10 months ago and I have not heard anything from them or received the goods.
I have tried to call them by Skype and I have sent emails to them and tried the contact us tab on the online store all to no avail. I have recently sent them a letter via air mail but no luck.
PM me if you can help.
Cheers

Yes I think they may be a dodgy outfit. I was outside the time frame for Visa to be able to chase the money up (90 days).
I will endeavour to find other ways of obtaining either goods or a refund.

A little Googling turned up the fact that the Better Business Bureau gives them an F rating for delivery issues (shocker!) and put them on their list of ten worst companies in Charlotte, NC. I also came up with names and what appear to be home addresses for the owners. You might try contacting the Better Business Bureau to see if they can help.

Yes I think I may have been ripped off by this firm. I have lodged a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I am afraid I have been a little naïve with all this. I allowed too long for the goods not to arrive, greater than 90 days (Visa). I had been trying to contact them-FLYBYSTORE-for quite some time during this 90 day period but being over the other side of the world in Australia makes it difficult. I have bought many items from overseas suppliers over the internet on many occasions and had no problems the goods may take a little longer than expected but they eventually arrive.
If you go to FLYBYSTORE website it looks quite bona fide lots of aviation equipment for sale. But it appears to be a hoax. They have a facebook page and no real activity for a couple of years. The address given on the internet site when put into Google earth shows an office in a quite remote housing estate.
Oh well I will continue to chase my money but I think they have done gone out of business but still take orders and not send goods. I would like to see the site removed so they can't keep doing this.
Cheers,
Craven.
