C. NOTAM INFO: NAV (WSMR GPS 15-01) GPS (INCLUDING WAAS, GBAS, AND ADS-B) MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE WITHIN A 499NM RADIUS CENTERED AT 332339N1063058W (TCS 070039) FL400-UNL DECREASING IN AREA WITH A DECREASE IN ALTITUDE DEFINED AS:
454NM RADIUS AT FL250,
385NM RADIUS AT 10000FT,
378NM RADIUS AT 4000FT AGL,
366NM RADIUS AT 50FT AGL.
D. Pilots are strongly encouraged to report anomalies during testing to the appropriate ARTCC to assist in the determination of the extent of GPS degradation during tests.

They've been doing that since at least 2011. They also run tests at New Brunswick, Georgia that can affect signals from Key West to Washington, D.C.
