Hi,
You list yourself via your airlines staff travel ID90 website.
There is no where to check loads apart from the AA system or by calling them, it's a surprise when you check in:-)
In January we were 33/34 on the list out of HNL, we managed to get onto the 2nd flight:-)
All the best,
James

Hi DD
Thanks for the info. Having returned home from the States I'm none the wiser really. Eventually we found someone at the check in desk who sorted our boarding passes out. However, on both sectors we had problems at the gate as they needed the ticket numbers and then had to "associate" them with the booking. Frankly, I'm not convinced that e-tickets are practical at the moment. Fortunately, I had a copy of the ticket numbers on the original email.

Hi BBK,
That sounds odd, when I booked ours they issued e sticker instantly with fairly detailed instructions on listing yourself on the id90 interline website.
We use the ticket references without any problems, I would suggest speaking to our staff travel department about it.
I know that if you phone American on the 1-800 they're pretty helpful and could list you in the future?
Sorry I can't be of further assistance
